Our wellbeing programmes are based around activities and learning opportunities. They are designed to help people with experience of mental health issues develop skills to manage their own wellbeing. It’s about helping them to live well in their local community.
Our wellbeing programmes are based in environments where people can feel safe, relaxed and open to new experiences. They include activities like yoga, art, healthy cooking and nutrition, music, physical exercise and programmes designed to assist people back into the workplace. These programmes tend to be offered during the day.
