This Privacy Policy is designed to inform you about our practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of your personal information, in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. Key privacy principles
- We collect personal information only when necessary for our functions and services.

- Data, including personal information, is stored securely on Microsoft Azure cloud platform and we use Microsoft Office 365 applications, ensuring robust technical and process controls.
- We use and share personal information only as necessary for the functions for which it was collected or as required by law.
- Sometimes we collect information about you from other people or organisations involved in your care or support. We will usually let you know when this happens. There are however some situations where we might not tell you, for example if:
- It would put someone’s safety at risk
- it could seriously affect your health or wellbeing
- it is not reasonably practicable
- the law requires us not to
- Where any of the above occur, we will let you know as soon as practicable.

Storage and retention
Our data is stored on Microsoft Azure cloud servers, Digital Ocean servers in Singapore, and Amazon Web Services servers.
We comply with the Public Records Act 2005, retaining data only as long as legitimately needed, and then securely deleting it.
Security
We are committed to protecting your personal information, employing reasonable and necessary steps to prevent loss, unauthorised access, and misuse.
Third-party providers
We may engage third-party providers for specific services (newsletters, event registration, e-learning, etc.), and while they may collect personal information, we ensure they adhere to privacy and security standards.
