Mobile wellbeing support
Regular support to help people living independently to flourish.
Our mobile wellbeing support services provide regular support to people in their home, or somewhere else in the community if they prefer.
We support people with things like:
- identifying goals and helping them to achieve them
- practical daily living
- getting involved in the community
- living a healthy life
- finding training or a job.
Each person has different needs so we tailor the amount and type of support to the person. Some people we see just once a week. We see other people who need a higher level of support every day.
Specialist mobile support services
In some areas we also have specialist mobile support services.
