Is aiding recovery for people who have experienced mental illness a real passion for you? Are you a tertiary qualified registered nurse, occupational therapist or social worker? If you answered yes, this could be the position for you!
We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate proven experience in clinical and non-clinical decision-making, leadership, creative flair and the desire to develop innovative, personalised solutions to join our team.
Ideally you’ll be able to demonstrate:
• experience and qualifications in registered nursing, occupational therapy or social work (essential)
• the ability to work in a recovery focused model
• strong assessment, planning and risk management skills
• a dedication to quality and constantly improving services
• leadership qualities
• good relationship building skills
• a commitment to promoting healthy lifestyles
• the ability to work as part of a team
• outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Casual Support Workers
Wellington / Porirua & Upper Hutt Region
Are you a people person? Do you believe variety is the spice of life? We’re looking for support workers who can demonstrate personality, commitment, compassion and great ideas!
To be successful in this role your desire to make a really important contribution to others will shine through. You’ll know how to laugh and your great people skills will allow you to engage with anyone. Ideally, you’ll hold the National Certificate, or Diploma, in Mental Health Support, a driver’s licence and first aid certificate. You should also be able to demonstrate:

• outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
