Are you a people person? Do you believe variety is the spice of life? We’re looking for support workers who can demonstrate personality, commitment, compassion and great ideas!
To be successful in this role your desire to make a really important contribution to others will shine through. You’ll know how to laugh and your great people skills will allow you to engage with anyone. Ideally, you’ll hold the National Certificate, or Diploma, in Mental Health Support, a full driver’s licence and a current first aid certificate.
You should also be able to demonstrate:
• strong advocacy and networking skills
• a dedication to quality and constantly improving services
• a passion for learning
• outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• a commitment to promoting healthy living.
