Casual Support Workers

How many roles enable you to help people live their dreams?

Pathways aims to inspire recovery in partnership with service users and their families. As a Support Worker, you will be vital in making that happen by providing practical day-to-day support and personalised solutions to service users.

Ideally, you'll have:

  • relevant experience and, more importantly, a desire to work in the mental health field
  • National Certificate in Mental Health Support Work and First Aid Certificate
  • ability to work rostered shifts and some sleepover duties
  • a 'can do' attitude
  • excellent written and oral communication skills
  • self-motivation and enthusiasm.
