MyRecord
Pathways uses a computer system called Recordbase to hold health records for people using our services. We use Recordbase every day to enter and update information such as a person's goal plans, activities and reviews.
Many people who use Pathways' services will be familiar with ICAN. MyRecord is a new and improved health record system, similar to ICAN. MyRecord gives people access to their own health record in Recordbase, allowing them to read what has been written, write their own notes and review their own personal record. Through MyRecord people can choose to complete their own health notes and record how they are working towards your own goals.
