Applying for a house with Keys is easy!
When you’ve completed the application form a member of the Keys team will talk to you about what you’re looking forward to. They will then assist you in finding the right home, completing and understanding the tenancy agreement and making moving in as stress free as possible.
How can Keys help people find a home?
Keys has extensive knowledge of the housing options available and our housing co-ordinators will help people find affordable, quality, independent housing. We have a comprehensive database of available rental properties and a number of properties of which Keys is the landlord.
How can people access the database?
It’s easy! All people need to do to contact us by phone or email, or better still drop in and look through the database. There is always a housing co-ordinator available for assistance.
What support will Keys offer tenants?
It’s not just about getting a house; Keys Living Choices also provides the practical support around managing a tenancy. This might include:
- help accessing benefit entitlements
- budgeting advice
- finding ways to manage rental payments
- setting up automatic payments for bills
- getting the power and phone connected
- help finding furniture and household goods
- sorting out tenancy issues, including mediation and dispute resolution
- keeping the property up to standard.
How can landlords make their properties available?
Keys lists rental properties for free! We’re always looking to provide the people who use our service with the widest possible choice of housing options. So, it’s always great to hear from people who want to list their properties.
